I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were attentive and well-mannered, always making sure I had everything I needed. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished with comfortable beds and pillows. Additionally, the hotel's location on the hillside provided breathtaking views of the surrounding hills, especially from the 8th level. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was a great value for money, with a delicious spread of options to start the day off right.

Spent New Year's Eve with my family at this resort and it did not disappoint. The amenities provided were top-notch, especially the gym and the outdoor pool. the location was perfect, right in the middle of nature, surrounded by mountains and forests, it offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the room was spacious and had a fantastic view.

the room did not seem to have been cleaned thoroughly, as there were still remnants from previous guests in the bathroom. while the surroundings and facilities were enjoyable, the hospitality and attention to detail left something to be desired.
